Carefree started as a planned community back in 1950 and today remains as carefree as ever. Life here is carefree!
In Scottsdale, Grayhawk
is one of the finest master planned communities that really emphasizes family
life (bike trails lead to the schools, boys and girls club, two world
class golf courses). 
Desert Mountain
is THE master planned community in North Scottsdale (and really the Western United States)! In addition to hundreds of
mansions, it has six Jack Nicklaus Golf courses. (golf membership alone is
almost $300K)
Known for its successful master planned communities, Phoenix has won the national title of “Best Managed City”. The city is partitioned into fourteen distinct neighborhoods each with its own city council member. Additionally, the grid like layout of the city makes it easy to navigate with the well-planned freeway system providing for easy access to downtown.
